Whether you’re purchasing your dream home or selling a cherished one, closing day represents a major milestone, a fresh start, and the beginning of a new chapter. What better way to commemorate the occasion than with a celebratory toast?

That’s why we introduced our Signature Cocktail Tradition in 2024. Each year, we craft a unique cocktail to honor the journey of homeownership and the excitement that comes with it. Inspired by the joy of new beginnings, our signature drinks are more than just a refreshment—they’re a symbol of accomplishment, partnership, and the exciting road ahead.

Brokers 2025 Cocktail

Broker's 25 (2025)

A classic twist on the French 75, the Broker’s 25 is crisp, refreshing, and effortlessly elegant—just like 25 years of closing success. This celebratory cocktail is sparkling, effervescent, and sure to impress. Think of it as a refined take on a mimosa, perfect for toasting to milestones and memorable moments.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Sparkling Wine, to top
Lemon Twist (for garnish)

Method:
Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice, then fine strain into a chilled flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.

Raise a glass to 25 years of success—cheers!
Make it a mocktail:
Substitute the gin with Maine Root Blueberry Soda and the sparkling wine with sparkling water .

Blue Ink Only (2024)

A nod to the tradition of signing your closing documents with blue ink, this crisp and refreshing cocktail features Empress 1908 Indigo Gin floated on top, reminding us of ink flowing from the pen as you sign to buy your dream home or transfer ownership to new homeowners.

Ingredients:
2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Pear Syrup*
Sparkling Water, to top

Instructions:
Add the lemon juice and pear syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass. Add ice and top with sparkling water. Float Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top and enjoy!

Make it a mocktail:
Substitute the gin with Maine Root Blueberry Soda.

Notes:
*To make the pear syrup, peel, deseed, and chop 1 overripe pear. Add the pear to a saucepan with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until the pear softens and starts to disintegrate. Mash with the back of a spoon and simmer for another 15 minutes. Strain and let chill in the fridge before using.
