DaMore, Jr., PC d/b/a DaMore Law d/b/a Green Mountain Lawyers. Peter T. DaMore, Jr. is the owner of the Law Offices of Peter T. DaMore, Jr., PC and has an indirect interest in Broker’s Title & Closing, LLC equally 51%.

We also may disclose any of the above information that we collect about our customers or former customers to our affiliates or to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

We also may disclose this information about our customers or former customers to the following types of nonaffiliated companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or with whom we have joint marketing agreements:

Financial service providers such as companies engaged in banking, consumer finance, securities and insurance.

Non-financial companies such as envelope stuffers and other fulfillment service providers.

Message Types

Broker’s Title & Closing LLC offers real estate settlement services. By opting in to SMS messages from Broker’s Title, you may receive messages related to information needed for your file/closing, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and other similar communications.

Example: “This is a friendly reminder that your closing is scheduled for Friday, April 25th at 12pm. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. They may occur just once or twice a week early on and more frequently as your closing date/time approaches.

Information Sharing
